The Baltimore Ravens are the Class of the AFC North:

There's a huge question regarding the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The franchise has long been the admiration of the league. The latest
development comes from head coach Mike Tomlin. Tomlin recently stated that
Ben Roethlisberger may not get his starting quarterback job when returns
from suspension. Dennis Dixon will start for the Steelers while
Roethlisberger sits out. The Steelers will need to go 2-2 to stay in
contention in a very tough AFC North division. The Cincinnati Bengals are
relying on a tough defense to win games. They do have a solid offense with
Cedric Benson running the ball and Carson Palmer has some quality targets in
Chad Ochocinco, Terrell Owens and tightened Jermaine Gresham.
The Baltimore Ravens are another tough team. They've always had a solid
defense with Ray Lewis and Haloti Ngata. This season, Joe Flacco has some
quality weapons to throw to during the game. The Ravens traded for Anquan
Boldin to help Flacco. They've also added T.J. Houshmandzadeh after being
cut from the Seattle Seahawks. It's going to take some time but T.J. should
be a contributing member of the team by week 3 or 4. The Cleveland Browns
are in rebuilding mode. Mike Holmgren is charged with changing an entire
philosophy with a coach he didn't choose in Eric Mangini. Mangini doesn't
have the final say in which players stay and go. They've added Jake Delhomme,
but he's only holding the seat until Colt McCoy is ready to start in the
NFL. He's going to sit a few years, unless the season goes downhill fast.
It's a tough division to choose. The Steelers are a tough team and don't
count them out, unless they get out to a slow start. The Bengals, on paper,
are a great team but it's going to be interesting if the team starts to lose
and their malcontent sets in on their high profile wide receivers. The
Ravens should win the division. They're extremely good and shouldn't have
difficulty with the rest of the division. The Bengals did go 6-0 in the
division. The coaching staff knows how to prepare for the rest of the
division. It shouldn't matter this season. The Ravens are becoming a dark
horse Super Bowl pick. They might get a home field advantage if they can win
11 games. The Bengals will win 10 games for a wild card spot. The Steelers
will win 8 or 9 games and the Browns will once again bring up the rear with
4-12 record.
