Red Sox Add Crawford, Will Lee Land With Yankees?:
It's another arms race that is happening between the Boston
Red Sox and New York Yankees. The Red Sox reloaded their lineup
through a trade for first baseman Adrian Gonzalez and signing
outfielder Carl Crawford. Crawford was the most coveted position
player in free agency this offseason. He signed a seven year
contract for $142 million. It's known that Gonzalez will also get a
seven year contract extension, announced after the start of the
regular season.

baseball winter meetings are happening in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
There's been some player movement, but the biggest action was Derek
Jeter resigning with the New York Yankees for three years at $51
million. Jeter wasn't happy how the negotiation went between the two
sides. Jeter is the heart and sole of five MLB championships. He
wasn't going anywhere. He's a god in New York. He stated in the
press conference that he thinks he's in the middle of his career.

It’s only been done once before yesterday. Don Larsen pitched a
perfect game for the New York Yankees during the 1956 World Series.
Roy Halladay pitched a no-hitter in his first postseason start
against the Cincinnati Reds, defeating the Reds 4-0 on Wednesday
evening. It’s exactly what the Phillies expected when they traded
for the former Cy Young winner last offseason.

White Sox hope that Manny Ramirez has one more push left in him.

him on waivers for the White Sox to pick up. Chicago hopes to get

Two Veterans Might Be Added For Playoff Push:
Johnny Damon might make a return to one of his triumph times. He was
claimed by the Boston Red Sox on August 23, he has until the 25 to
decide whether to join the team. He has a no trade clause for some
teams, including the Red Sox. The entire deal was a play to make
sure division rival Tampa Rays couldn't claim Damon.

Yankees Continue March Towards Post Season: It's
an interesting statistic, one that you would think isn't true. The
New York Yankees are 12-0 this season without Alex Rodriguez in the
lineup. They'll continue that trend as Rodriguez was placed on the
