Q: I never recieved my username and password what do I do?

Q: How do I purchase your premium selections?

A: Our selections can be purchased by Clicking Here and entering a valid credit card. Once approved you will be sent a user ID and passcode to the email address you provide us. Our site is 100% secure for your safety. We also offer Paypal which a user can use. Our system is fully setup to take many types of requests and is fully secure for your safety.


Q: I still have questions or I need help accessing my plays?

A: The fastest way to get answers from our handicapping staff is to us our Free Ticketing System. When you submit a live ticket to us it alerts all staff and one of our sports cappers will respond to your request as soon as we can. Please remember that we are very busy with callers and we will respond to your request as soon as humanly possible. With many request we will respond via the email address you have provided us. Please check your email for many response answers.


Q: I ordered a (selection) but I never received my passcode?

A: This could be possible due to the fact that you may not have completed ALL of the screens when ordering. Therefore the passcode info may not have been sent. Please be sure to complete ALL screens as the last screen will tell you that your passcode information has been sent. Also be sure that there was not any errors when entering your email address as you may have had a typo error and your passcode was sent to that Email address. If any of these problems exist please use our Free Ticketing System for fastest response on these issues.


Q: I just purchased a package and when I entered my user ID and passcode all I get is a white screen with no selection?

A: This is not a problem with your passcode or user ID. This is due to user error as all of our information is case sensitive and MUST be inserted exactly the way you received it. If its upper case, you must enter it in upper case. Also any blank spaces before or after your secured information will result in a blank white screen. We advise a simple copy and paste to avoid this problem. If you are still having trouble with this issue please use our Free Ticketing System for fastest response on these issues.


Q: I just purchased a special and when I entered my user ID and passcode I am getting a passcode has expired?

A: This happens at times and in no way is it a major problem. If you encounter this after your approved purchase then please submit a Free Ticketing System or call us directly and we will get it fixed for you. We usually fix these problems very shortly after we have been notified by our technical staff. They can be fixed within minutes of these issues.


Q: Do you guarantee all or any our your selections?
